Spanning over an area of 2760 sq kms, Faridabad is another popular region that is counted in NCR. The place was founded in 1607 AD and was named after Sheikh Farid, Jhahgir treasurer. One of the best places to visit in Harayana is Badhkal lake, that lies about 32 kms from Delhi.
